100kg Triples Squats

Welcome Ben’s client Matthew to the 100kg triples Squat club.
This phase was wave loads

Squat: 90 – 100 x 3
Bench: 67.5 – 77.5 x 3
Deadlift: 90 – 130 x 3
At 70kg body weight.

Deadlift’s and bench still have room to grow with technique.

Next phase we’ll look at putting on some
more size while keeping the big three in and continuing to grove technique.
