About Ben Scott
As a personal trainer my passion is changing what's been accepted as normal over the last 50 years. Low fat and low calories were extremes used to get results fast, but are now it considered the norm. Worse yet, we're made to believe it's healthy. Add to this the promotion of cardio and demonizing of resistance training and it's no wonder our obesity numbers are rising. I've set myself a goal to change this one person at a time. Outside of the gym I follow cricket, football, pro bodybuilding and any other sport with impressive athletes. I enjoy dinners with my lovely partner and friends or just chilling out with my Cattle Dog. My training goal is to one day step on stage, however there is no rush, I'll work on building a worthy physique first.
