I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle, as a kid I enjoyed playing basketball and soccer, but truly found my passion in bodybuilding and weight training when I was 17. I have a been a trainer for the past 5 years, I love making people fit and strong. My areas of expertise are strength training, fat loss and lean muscle gain. My own training involves a combination of strength training and bodybuilding. Every now and then I might put the gloves on and do a bit of boxing. Outside the gym I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, learning the latest the fitness industry has to offer and planning my next holiday destination.
