About Michael Scott
In my early teens I found a passion for motorsport. A keen spectator I always had the desire to get on the other side of the fence. Eventually I had the opportunity to participate in motorkhana and sprint kart events. After noticing I wasn't as fit as I used to be, I decided a bit of training was required. What started with cycling evolved into functional and weights training. This quickly snow-balled into long distance cycling and a couple of Tough Mudder events. This improved level of fitness and endurance had a significant impact on my karting, which lead to a lot of racing success. I realised that this experience gave me a lot of knowledge that I could share with like minded people to help them achieve their health and fitness goals, so I became a Personal Trainer. Since then Michael has expanded his knowledge in nutrition and rehabilitation to further assist his clients.
