As controversial as the title may imply, there really isn’t much argument when you’re talking about one of the most common goals people have in coming to the gym: Fat loss.
In this video we throw our lab coats on and present to you reasons as to why cardio is not the be-all-end-all of burning calories/fat, how you should incorporate it more efficiently (it is not inherently bad!), and the science behind why we at STCfit advocate what we do.
