FAT LOSS

Our General Health and Fat loss program is a 3+ day per week program. With weights, cardio, circuits and more, it’s sure to get you fitter, stronger, and improve your body composition. That means, losing fat, keeping muscle, improving your metabolism long term allowing to achieve life time lasting results. 

Mary first started training with STCfit after she successfully battled breast cancer. To this date Mary has dropped over 40kg’s and successfully dropped over 50 in the space of 2 years. She is active 3-5 times per week doing mostly weight training and some cardio.

MARY

JACKIE

Jackie started with STCfit at 107kg’s, since then she’s lost over 25% body fat and now weighs 85kgs. Des came to us looking to change his lifestyle. Never caring about nutrition or training before and working a desk job had left him with a dangerous amount of weight stored on his stomach. He lost just under 20kg’s and almost 20cms off his waist, all the while getting stronger and fitter. This picture was taken for a 12 week challenge. Amazing.

Des

Des came to us looking to change his lifestyle. Never caring about nutrition or training before and working a desk job had left him with a dangerous amount of weight stored on his stomach. He lost just under 20kg’s and almost 20cms off his waist, all the while getting stronger and fitter. This picture was taken for a 12 week challenge. Amazing. “I feel stronger than I ever have, I’m able to run for the first time since I remember. I really enjoy the variety of the training. STRENGTH & PHYSIQUE

Our 4-6 day per week weight training program caters for those who want to build a great physique and get strong. Whether it’s for the beach, the body building stage, or your looking for the fastest way to get in great shape, our Strength & Physique program delivers. 

Ben came into the gym with no prior experience. Ben has gone from a young boy to a fierce athlete. He has tried boxing, CrossFit, strength training and bodybuilding. He is now a trainer himself and is committed to getting people fit and healthy. “I struggle to even recognize the person I was before working with STCfit. Its amazing what can be done when you have the right people around you to help you with training and nutrition. I am so happy with how far I’ve come and will never go back to the person I used to be”

BEN

Ash was a competitive Pole Dancer with a photo shoot coming up. She needed a training and nutrition plan that wasn’t going to affect her Pole training, whilst delivering body composition changes. The shoot lined up with a Goodlife 12 Week Challenge, in which she killed it. Losing 5% body fat, increasing strength and feeling confident on the day of her shoot. 
“I felt really comfortable in myself in front of the camera as I knew I looked how I wanted too. The best part though was I was able to continue my pole training without getting run down, I was still eating up around 2700 calories the week of the shoot, feeling great and sleeping well.”

ASH

Ash was a competitive Pole Dancer with a photo shoot coming up. She needed a training and nutrition plan that wasn’t going to affect her Pole training, whilst delivering body composition changes. But after I quickly noticed results while still feeling strong workout to workout. pushing harder each week and seeing consistent results was extremely rewarding"

TIM

PERFORMANCE

Our Sports and Recreation Performance program is for those with the competitive spirit. If you’re playing sport on the weekend, or you’ve been training for a while, you like to huff, puff and get strong. Then our performance program is for you. 

Dani came to STCfit for a 'muscle camp', after a while it was apparent that the performance program was far more suitable for her. Since changing across she's been able to maintain consistent nutrition and training, she's dramatically improved her strength and power and obviously her body composition reflects this.

DANI

Dani came to STCfit for a ‘muscle camp’, after a while it was apparent that the performance program was far more suitable for her.
