    Has your doctor ever told you that you have a heart condition or have you ever suffered a stroke?

    Do you have any diagnosed muscle, bone or joint problems that you have been told could be made worse by participating in physical activity/exercise?
    Do you have any other medical condition(s) that may make it dangerous for you to participate in physical activity/exercise?

Our Fat Loss Training Program. Our fat loss membership is a 3+ day per week program focusing on all aspects of health and FAT LOSS. We teach you what will work best for YOUR body. We do this by allocating you your very own personal trainer to customise your training and nutrition.

Our goal is to educate you on how to achieve your ultimate health and body composition, while achieving amazing results. This means teaching you training, eating and thinking habits that can stay with you forever, keeping you fit and healthy for life.

As part of the STCfit.com Membership you’ll receive

– Your own online personal trainer
– 4 weekly auto program update laying out your exercises, sets, reps and tempos
– workout performance tracking
– all workouts come with a video demonstration for the entire workout
– all exercises come with video and written demonstration for perfect execution
– all exercises with 3 difficulty modifiers so you can work at your level
– 3 levels of adjustable nutrition protocols with video explanations, all of which can be personalized to suit your personal needs
– daily contact with trainer available
– results tracking, girths, weight, body fat and optional photos
