Strength – The Foundation of All Things

So now that you have learnt all about sustainable nutrition, the other major component of a program to get you losing weight, gaining muscle or just looking better than ever, is to lift heavy.  This is called Strength Training, and at FatLossCoaching.net and STCfit.com we strongly believe that to train your body to be able to lift heavy stuff is one of the most important things you can do.

But you don’t just go out and grab the biggest weight you can find and start lifting it.  That is a sure way to get injured, if you haven’t done this before.  What you really need is a coach to guide you through safely lifting progressively heavier, until you reach your goals.
